HOW TO TAKE
1 tablet under the tongue 30–60 min before bed. Use the lowest effective dose.
GOOD TO KNOW
Morning drowsiness or headache; no driving after a dose. Interacts with sedatives, fluvoxamine and anticoagulants. Pregnancy and children: specialist advice only.
