Aliscofit Supplements & Vitamins Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

Returns must be made within 2 days, and exchanges within 5 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Wrong or Defective Deliveries

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery for wrong or defective items. Please do not open or tamper with the product.

Transport fees will not apply for wrong deliveries but will be charged for wrong orders.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Refrigerated goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or exposure to elements will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. Mobile money or card refunds are available.

Credit or refund requests must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Inspection and Final Decision

Aliscofit reserves the right to inspect products before approving returns or exchanges.

Management’s decision is final.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returns during delivery are subject to courier approval. Operational fees incurred during returns will be deducted from the refund.
