Ginkgo Biloba Phytosome 60 mg
Standardised ginkgo leaf extract (24% flavone glycosides, 6% terpene lactones) bound in a Phytosome®, a phospholipid complex, for better absorption. It improves microcirculation and is antioxidant.
WHO IT'S FOR
Older adults with mild memory complaints, poor circulation to hands and feet, and tinnitus or vertigo (adjunct). HOW TO TAKE
1 capsule 1–2 times daily with food.
GOOD TO KNOW
Increases bleeding risk with warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel and NSAIDs; stop 2 weeks before surgery. Avoid in epilepsy and pregnancy.
