HOW TO TAKE

Typically 2–4 capsules daily in divided doses, per label.

GOOD TO KNOW

Separate by 4 h from thyroxine, iron, bisphosphonates and tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics. Take care in kidney stones or high calcium.
