A pre-conception multinutrient: 800 mcg folic acid, iron, iodine, zinc, selenium, vitamins D and E, B-group, plus L-arginine, inositol and Siberian ginseng to prepare the body for conception.
WHO IT'S FOR
Women trying to conceive (ideally from 3 months before) and women in fertility treatment, until pregnancy is confirmed.
HOW TO TAKE
1 capsule daily with food.
GOOD TO KNOW
Contains iron and iodine, so thyroid patients should check with their doctor. Don't double up with other folate or multis. Once pregnant, confirm continuation (contains ginseng).
